Coleman death certificate released

A death certificate released on Monday has revealed Gary Coleman's cause of death to be the accidental fall he suffered in his Utah home.

The document also lists renal failure as a contributing factor to his passing, reports US Weekly.

The actor had been feeling weak before the fall due to an intensive dialysis treatment he had undergone earlier in the day.

The certificate listed Shannon Price as the 42-year-old's spouse, despite the fact that the couple divorced in 2008.

Coleman died on May 28 after suffering a massive brain haemorrhage and slipping into a coma. Price removed his life support hours later.
