Hamsa Nandini is another Tollywood actress imported from Kannada like other imports of mallu girls Nayantara, Meera Jasmeen and Priyamani. Like Ishika of Telugu TV anchor, Hamsa Nandini started her career in the Kannada Television in Karnataka.Hamsa Nandini was main lead in the Tollywood movie Anumanaspadam(Telugu, 2007) opposite Aryan Rajesh. The film released in February 2007, was big flop. Hamsa Nandini is now shooting for “Adhineta”. The movie is scheduled to release before the end of April 2009. Hamsa Nandini is hoping that this movie put her in the big league of Telugu film industry. Adhineta has big star cast lead by Jagapathi Babu. Jagapathi Babu is doing the role of a neta, politician. The movie is being produced under banner Sri Satya Sai Arts by K. K. Radha Mohan. Audio is already launched via Aditya Music. This movie have two heroines. Besides Hamsa Nandini, other heroine is Sraddha Das.
