Cheryl and Ashley 'love letters stolen'

Love letters between Cheryl and Ashley Cole have been stolen, it has been revealed.

Burglars broke into Ashley's Surrey flat this week while he was away with the England squad, and stole love notes, poems and two packets of letters from Cheryl, reports the Daily Star.

The former couple, who finalised their divorce last week, are now said to be worried that the thieves will expose intimate marriage details contained in the letters.

A source said: "Cheryl’s written lots of stuff to Ashley over time while she was touring with Girls Aloud and on the other side of the world with work commitments.

"Their paths didn’t cross as much as they would have liked so they tried their best to be romantic in other ways. Notes, little poems and letters were a big form of Cheryl’s communication and this could all be published soon."

They added: "There are lots of secrets that no-one knows a thing about."

It is believed that the thieves also stole jewellery, cash and the keys to Ashley's sports car.

Cheryl and Ashley Cole granted divorce

Cheryl and Ashley Cole have been granted a 'quickie' divorce at London's High Court.

The couple split in February after four years of marriage.

BBC News reports that the decree nisi was granted by District Judge Christopher Simmonds, on the grounds of Ashley's admitted unreasonable behaviour.

The X Factor judge filed for divorce in May.

If neither party objects, the preliminary divorce order could be finalised within weeks.

Ashley Cole girl involved in sex scandals

Ashley Cole's holiday partner Elle Hartley was involved in two sex scandals as a teenager.

Hartley, who is currently partying in LA with Cheryl Cole's ex and her close friend Melissa Niak, appeared in lads' magazine Nuts when she was aged 14.

The 20-year-old student sparked a police investigation after she was pictured flashing in the publication. Nuts were forced to offer an apology after Hartley's teacher at Sheffield School for Girls alerted the authorities about the snap.

According to The Sun, she also "sparked uproar" when she sent a video of herself using a sex toy to her boyfriend's mobile when she was only 15. The clip was then apparently passed around to his friends.

Speaking about the incidents, she said: "I'm ashamed about both and have attempted to learn from my juvenile mistakes."

Hartley and Niak, who have been photographed sunbathing with Cole, have both denied sleeping with the England footballer.

Ashley Cole 'is a broken man'

Ashley Cole has been left a "broken man" after his wife Cheryl filed for divorce, it has been claimed.

According to The Sun, the Chelsea footballer hoped to reunite with Cheryl before her plans for divorce were confirmed on Wednesday.

A source told the newspaper: "Ashley believed because of the house and nearly four years of marriage, she wouldn't up and leave totally and so quickly.

"He thought there would be another chance to sort things out. But the timing of Cheryl filing for divorce is no coincidence.

"While he is away and concentrating on the World Cup, there will be little opportunity for him to contact his ex-wife."

They added: "Ashley's a broken man. But he knows he has a vital role in the England campaign.

"He's furious with the world at the moment and is not in a good frame of mind. But the lads will turn it around for him so he's ready for South Africa."
