Charlie Sheen & Brooke Mueller's Custody Agreement

It’s safe to say there’s been little to no normalcy in his life as of late, but finally Charlie Sheen has reached an agreement with Brooke Mueller regarding their children.

Lawyers for both the “Two and a Half Men” actor and his estranged wife said they have struck an agreement that will settle their recent custody dispute over their twin sons, Max and Bob.

Furthermore, the Associated Press is reporting that the agreement will also end Mueller’s pursuit of a restraining order against Sheen.

In order to protect their baby boys, the couple has decided to keep all details confidential.

Natalie Kenly:The 24-year old model is one of several women - along with Bree Olson and Brooke Mueller - who is currently vacationing with Charlie Sheen in the tropics.

Best known for her spreads in Cali Chronic X Magazine, Kenly was first identified by TMZ as the mystery woman who was spotted smooching the actor this week and who he's been telling pals is one of his many "goddesses." Really. We're not making any of this up.

A marijuana lover, Kenly was crowned "Chronic Girl 2010" by the publication. Its co-editor, Jeffrey Peterson, told TMZ that Sheen developed an interest in Natalie soon after seeing her on the cover of last year's February issue, pictured above.

Peterson even adds that Charlie has been "very romantic" when it comes to his courtship of Kenly. We can only assume this means he offered her the premium cocaine.

They’ve been on the road to divorce for awhile, and now Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are nearing the end of their marriage.

The “Two-and-a-Half Men” star and his soon-to-be-ex-wife will be officially divorced on May 2nd, and they filed their final paperwork this week.

The terms of the split are as follows- Brooke will be paid $55,000 per month in child support, as she’ll have primary physical custody of their twins Bob and Max.

Furthermore, she’ll get a $757,698.70 lump sum payment from Sheen, as well as $1 million for letting him keep their house.

Brooke Mueller Leaves Sober Living House

While the downward spiral of Charlie Sheen continues to spin drunkenly, the actor's ex-wife is getting her life back on track. Hopefully.

Reports confirm that Brooke Mueller has left the sober living house into which she checked late last year.

"Her treatment team felt that she is ready to leave and go back home," a source tells Radar Online, adding that Brooke has since "been enjoying spending time with her twins."


Which is nice to hear. Because Charlie Sheen clearly hasn't been.

The insider says Mueller now has a "very positive outlook for the future." The hardest part of the experience?

"Being away from the boys every night. She hated saying goodbye to them every night. Brooke would spend all day with them and tuck them in at night and then go to the sober living facility."

UPDATE: Says attorney Yale Galanter: "Brooke's program doesn't end, but she can travel, work, sleep at home and spend time with her kids. She can go to classes at the facility whenever she wants but she is doing remarkably well."

TMZ may have been on to something with their story that Brooke Mueller was taken to a sober house after partying too hard around Thanksgiving. Brooke’s mother, Moira, denied that story, but now she is the one who reportedly told People that Brooke has checked into a sober living facility.

“She is struggling with her sobriety and we are going away on a cruise so we feel better that she will be there while we are gone,” says Fiore, who adds that Mueller is expected to remain at the facility for about two weeks.

While Fiore did not reveal the name of the center, she says, “It is a facility for very wealthy people trying to fight addictions. Brooke is really trying to get her life back.”

Brooke, who’s been filming a new reality TV show with Paris Hilton (which is why they’re always being photographed together), apparently felt she couldn’t handle an upcoming trip to Las Vegas.

“Paris and the other girls on the show are going to Las Vegas and Brooke did not feel she could handle it now,” says her mother. “She was scared. We’re all happy she will be in the facility and hope she will feel better.”

TMZ reports that it was Kathy Hilton, Paris’ mother, who drove Brooke to the sober living facility. I think it’s a good sign that Brooke is able to acknowledge her struggles and take action to help herself.
