Heidi Montag learning martial arts to save money on security

Heidi Montag is taking self-defense training because she can no longer afford personal security.
The celebrity, who has remained infamous for her plastic surgeries, said that she is learning martial arts in order to protect herself in public.
"I can''t afford security, so I practice self-defense and chain punching," the New York Daily News quoted Montag as telling RadarOnline.com.

Montag and husband Spencer Pratt have spent enormously on security in the past but after reportedly blowing 10 million dollars on fancy cars, private jets, and Montag''s music career, the 'Hills' star explained she has had to start watching her wallet.

"I have had to change my life. I can''t afford to go out to the clubs anymore because the sort of protection I need can cost anywhere from 5 to 10 thousand dollards a night...That is actually where all my money went because safety is number one," she noted.

Montag, 24, added that practicing martial arts has given her strength - both inside and out.

"It gives me confidence I didn''t have before. I am doing this self-defense because it gives me inner strength, and I feel safe in my home," she said.

Even after six months of intensive training to eventually become a black belt with the help of trainer Michael Casey, she said she''s "not ready to go out alone yet."

"I'm only 5 feet 2 inches tall and have a small frame so I understand I can''t completely do it alone yet. Which is why I don''t go out as much. It is scary to be out there without protection, people do follow me and you can never be too careful," Montag concluded.

Trading in The U.S. For Costa Rica?

Word on the street is that Heidi and Spencer, you know the crazy couple from the Hills, are thinking about moving to Costa Rica. At first glance, this probably isn’t a big deal. However, when you delve more closely, you’ll see that it kind of is, at least for those interested in the couple.

Recently, Heidi filed for a divorce. Some people were a bit skeptical and thought the couple was “breaking up” in order to stay in the spotlight. Both Spencer and Heidi denied such talk and insisted that the break up was real.

Well, now that both of them are talking about moving to Costa Rica, people are starting to call foul and suspect that something is up. Of course both of them have an “explanation” regarding why they want to move to the same place.

Heidi claims that it’s relaxing and beautiful. Spencer supposedly wants to move there in hopes of working things out with Heidi and the low cost of living. Only time will tell, what happens to this crazy duo, but things do look a bit suspicious. What do you think?

Heidi Montag Massages her Big Tits

If looking at Heidi Montag and her brand new massive tits wasn't enough to make your man meat as hard as a telephone pole, the star of The Hills now has new ways to achieve exactly that.

Heidi Montag has again said that she thinks that her breasts are "too big".

The reality TV star, whose plastic surgeon Dr Frank Ryan passed away last month, recently admitted that she hoped to downsize her G-cup breasts to a D or DD cup.

Montag told Heat: "My boobs are crushing me. They are totally too big and it's impossible to work out - they get in the way when I try to exercise. I have to wear two sports bras to run!

"It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life. I can't hug my dogs anymore. Especially with my face in the condition it's in, I can't get up close or kiss them.

"If they were to hit my nose I wouldn't be able to get it fixed again! I have to be really careful. I feel like a porcelain doll."

She added: "I see so many things that I want to wear and can't, I definitely didn't think about that part when I signed up for the surgery."

Montag also confirmed that she wears tape on her nose except when filming or during photoshoots because she does not want her "face to fall off like Michael Jackson's".

Talking about her relationship with the late Dr Ryan, the actress said: "He was more than a doctor. He was a genius. I feel like a walking Picasso."

It’s no secret that she’s been heavily modified via plastic surgery, and Heidi Montag was spotted this week sporting some surgical tape over her nose.

But rather than it being from a new procedure, Heidi told press the tape was just a carry-over from her surgery back in November of 2009.

Ms. Montag explained, "Except for filming and a few photo shoots, I've had my nose tape on 24 hours a day since November. It takes a year for your nose to heal. This is just the first photo that anyone has seen of it."

"The last time I didn't wear tape after surgery and my nose changed shape. The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it. Dr. Ryan always said I was his best, most cautious patient, and I'm not taking any chances now that he's gone. I don't want my face to fall off like Michael Jackson's."

Heidi Montag "desperate" for boob reduction

Heidi Montag has admitted that she wants to undergo a breast reduction.

The Hills star had her chest enhanced to a G-cup earlier this year but has now reportedly decided that she wants to return to her "normal" size.

"I'm desperate to go back to normal. I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D," she explained to Life & Style.

"I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs. It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life."

The 23-year-old also reportedly confessed to feeling "trapped" in her body and worried that she might never regain her former figure following the death of her plastic surgeon Dr Frank Ryan last week.

"I feel trapped in my own body... There's just no fixing it. Dr Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything."

Montag had her chest enlarged in November on the same day that she underwent a further nine cosmetic surgery procedures.

Heidi Montag 'threatens to sue Pratt'

Heidi Montag has reportedly instructed her lawyers to pursue legal action against her estranged husband Spencer Pratt.

Montag told TMZ that she is upset that Pratt plans to write a tell-all book about the couple's marriage and will attempt to block its publication.

''This is exactly why I left him... Right now I'm looking into my legal options," said the reality TV star.

It was previously reported that Pratt's book will include alleged details of Montag's difficult relationship with her mother, Darlene Egelhoff.

The couple's divorce will be finalised in February 2011.

Heidi Montag 'writes 13 songs in a day'

Heidi Montag has claimed to have written 13 songs in one day for her new album.

The Hills star, who last month announced that she was working on a new record, posted a series of messages on Twitter yesterday while she worked on the LP.

She wrote: "Drinking hot tea enjoying a relaxing Sunday morning writing songs for my new album...I am writing all my songs from now on (sic).

"wow i wrote 13 songs today!!!!...working hard and i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Montag released her debut album Superficial in January this year. It was reported to have sold 658 copies in its opening week.

New Album On The Way

She can’t flop any worse than her debut album Superficial, so Heidi Montag is mounting a second effort at becoming a pop star.

The emotionally-unstable “Hills” babe is on the fast track to her sophomore effort and she’s even having her producer move in with her to make sure everything goes down correctly.

Ms. Montag tweeted, "Heading into the music studio recording my new single! Steve Morales my music producer moves into my house tomorrow to make my summer album!"

Hopefully things go better for Heidi this time around- after all she’s actually hired a real music producer rather than her wannabe mogul soon-to-be-ex-husband Spencer Pratt.

Pregnancy Rumors

They’re going through a rocky stage of marriage, and now there are rumors that Heidi Montag could be knocked up with Spencer Pratt’s baby.

According to a tabloid source, the “Hills” chick has been contemplating legal action to make her split from Spencer official, but is reticent because she may be preggers.

The insider claims, "She and Spencer had an active sex life right up until the day she walked out the door, and she was terrified that she could be pregnant."

Ms. Montag’s pal also noted that a bun in the oven wouldn’t necessarily be good news for Heidi right now. “This is the last thing she needs right now.”

Heidi Montag is Divorcing

Heidi Montag announced this weekend that her and hubby Spencer Pratt are separated and getting ready to file for a divorce.

Jen Bunney, Heidi's new roommate (the The Hills actress just moved in with Bunney at her Malibu Beach place) told TMZ that "Heidi has spent so much time with Spencer and now she wants to be able to spend more time with herself and friendships".

Apparently the reason for the split is that Pratt was too controlling and Montag ended up being pushed away from her friends and relatives, something she's trying to remedy at this point, after her mother admitted that she wants then to reconcile.

Let's see if this is just another publicity stunt or if she is actually leaving the douchebag.

Heidi Montag can't make up her mind. First she was married, then she wasn't, then she was. Then she promised to get naked, and now she's not. Blondes, oh blondes!

After signing a contract with Playboy magazine to appear nude in an upcoming issue of the erotic publication, Heidi Montag has now changed her mind and is refusing to be seen in the buff. Back in June, a member of her staff told People magazine: "There is nudity. It's tasteful--she had a lot of fun with it." Then yesterday Holly Montag, Heidi's sister, informed the press that there will be no nudity whatsoever in the shoot. What the heck?
