 Those who run together stay together? Amidst rumors this week that Ryan Phillippe is the father of his ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp's unborn child, he and current flame Amanda Seyfried fit in a couple's jog on Wednesday.

Seyfried and Phillippe have stayed quiet about their potential romance -- as well as the new drama involving Knapp. But it looks like the duo, who have been casually seeing each other since October, aren't going to let it get between whatever they have going.

As for Phillippe's ex-wife Reese Witherspoon, she is staying even-keel about the whole thing. "Reese has been really supportive," an insider says. "She knows that Ryan is a good dad and she respects that."

Just as things seem to be heating up between Ryan Phillippe and Amanda Seyfried, a rumor that could cause a potentially serious complication has hit the rumor mill.

Reports tell that 26-year-old actress Alexis Knapp - who dated the "Cruel Intentions" star last summer - is pregnant and a source says "Alexis has told friends that the child is Ryan's."

Phillippe, who has two children with ex-wife Reese Witherspoon, was spotted last week cozying up to Seyfried after the premiere for her movie "Little Red Riding Hood," as well as at the opening of his new flick "The Lincoln Lawyer."

Reps for Alexis and Ryan did not have any comment, but an insider told press, "Ryan is aware of the situation [and] totally prepared to take responsibility should the child be his."

Not surprisingly Amanda Seyfried and Ryan Phillippe have reportedly called it quits on their almost four month covert romance.

It all started when the Mamma Mia! star was spotted leaving with Phillippe from Kate Hudson’s annual Halloween party at her Pacific Palisades home, and then photographed the following morning, leaving the actor’s home. Afterward the two were spotted out together on and off, at places like celebrity hangout ‘Soho House’ in West Hollywood, where they were outwardly affectionate with each other.

But rumors of the pair splitting heated up when Phillippe was seen trying to hit on singer Rihanna, at a pre-Grammy party on Saturday Feb. 11.

An insider now tells UsMagazine, “They are not dating anymore. And it’s not a big deal for either of them.”

Another insider was quoted as saying, “At one point, there was a chance it would develop into something more serious, but it never did.”
