Batman fan film imagines The Dark Knight Rises with a different villain

 The villains of The Dark Knight Rises were announced this week, but director Dale Fabriger's short film The Rat imagines the Bat-mythos with a new nemesis. In this short, two cops reflect on a Gotham with Batman on the lam.
